    4 months ago I started with my first theater - some things changed immediately - some things took a while to get started. But - after 4 months I can see and feel quite some changes within myself.     I wanted to share something that PATHS has done for me recently that I find so amazing!

    I was out 4-wheeling last weekend and I hurt my knee. It felt as if my ACL had torn, not completely, but enough to make it hard to walk and make my knee wobble all around and go places it really shouldn't.

    I emailed PATHS the next day and asked if they had anything that could help and they told be about a knee mini module that they have and they added it in.

    Today, Wednesday, I have no more pain and my knee is no longer wobbling or anything. It feels normal! I am still going to take it easy but I cannot believe (well, I can) how quickly it worked. Awesome!
